When you reject applicants in within Endorsed through the Reject button or through the Bulk Reject , Endorsed can still work with your Lever ATS to send email automations for candidates.
Automatic emails are fully controlled on the Lever side and do not require specific email configuration in Endorsed.

To ensure the emails are fully configured, ensure the following:
Configure Rejection Reason for each Job: On the
Job Managepage, ensure that yourRejection Reasonis configured for that job. This is REQUIRED for Endorsed to both reject applicants in your ATS and for the ATS to trigger rejection emails.
Setup Email Automations in Lever
Set up an automation workflow that triggers when an opportunity is archived with a specific reason. You should be able to control this to automatically schedule sending emails. See the lever documentation here
Verify Emails are Working
Reject an applicant you are confident should be rejected in Endorsed. Then, view the same candidate in Lever. In roughly less than a minute, you should see the applicant is Archived for the job. In roughly 5-10 minutes, you should see an email get send from the automated triggers from the Lever side (depending on schedule chosen)
