Updating the FraudShield Extension

To update your chrome extension to the latest version, please do the following:

  1. Go to chrome://extensions

  2. Enable Developer mode using the toggle in the top right corner
    ​

  3. Click the Update button that appears
    ​

  4. (Optional) Disable Developer mode by toggling off in the top right corner

  5. If you have the side panel open, close it and reopen the extension

    1. Close the side panel of the extension
      ​

    2. Reopen the extension side panel

  6. Verify your extension version is the latest version. You should see the version at the bottom right of the side panel change. This should match the latest version on the chrome web store (link)
