How to start using the FraudShield Extension

Once you've installed the extension, getting started is simple.

Steps:

  1. Add the extension to your Chrome browser by clicking Add to Chrome

  2. Click the extension to open the side panel, then pin it to your toolbar for easy future access.

  3. After clicking the Endorsed extension item, you should see the extension side panel. Now, sign up / login with the method of your choice: Google or SSO

  4. Visit an applicant or candidate page in your ATS (i.e. Greenhouse or Workday) and wait for the “Check Candidate for Fraud” button to appear.

  5. Click the button and let the fraud check run (can take up to a minute or so).

The step that nearly everyone trips up on is #2. If you're confused, it's likely you simply need to visit an applicant on your ATS and you will see the extension start to work!
