Initial Setup
To start using Endorsed with your Ashby ATS, you can take the following steps.
Sign up and create an Endorsed account, if you haven't already.
When prompted to choose an Organization Type, choose "Recruiting".
Click "Connect ATS Account".
When the ATS Integration modal opens, find "Ashby".
Grant access to Endorsed for Read/Write permissions.
Follow the instructions to generate an API key inside of your Ashby account, and paste that into the modal and click "Submit".
Wait for the API connection to complete. This can occasionally take up to a minute.
Your Ashby ATS should be successfully connected! If it is not and you are still having trouble, please reach out to Support or start a live chat by clicking the circular button at the bottom right of your window here.
You should be directed to your Jobs page, where you'll see an indicator that your Ashby is syncing to Endorsed. The speed of the initial sync can be different based on how many candidates and jobs in your system. If it takes longer than 24 hours, please reach out to Support for help.
