To start using Endorsed with your Lever ATS, you can take the following steps.

  1. Sign up and create an Endorsed account, if you haven't already.

  2. When prompted to choose an Organization Type, choose "Recruiting".

  3. Click "Connect ATS Account" button to emerge. Occasionally the button will spend several seconds in a "Loading..." state.

  4. When the ATS Integration modal opens, find "Lever".

  5. Grant access to Endorsed for Read/Write permissions.

  6. Follow the instructions to generate an API key inside of your Lever account, and paste that into the modal and click "Submit".

  7. Wait for the API connection to complete. This can occasionally take up to a minute.

  8. Your Lever ATS should be successfully connected! If it is not and you are still having trouble, please reach out to Support or start a live chat by clicking the circular button at the bottom right of your window here.

  9. You should be directed to your Jobs page, where you'll see an indicator that your Lever is syncing to Endorsed. The speed of the initial sync can be different based on how many candidates and jobs in your system. If it takes longer than 24 hours, please reach out to Support for help.
