Various criteria you can add to Endorsed

Your ability to use Endorsed to increase efficiency and competitiveness really comes down to how well you can articulate your ideal candidate profile in the form of criteria.

This article covers all of the common types of criteria that users add for you to generate ideas with. It also covers how to troubleshoot your criteria prompt to increase the AI accuracy in the cases of some of the harder criteria.

Criteria Categories

Years of Experience

  • “Has 4+ years of experience in marketing roles”

  • "Has 6+ years of overall professional experience"

  • "Has 6+ years of overall professional experience, after graduating university, not including internships"

Location

  • Lives within 20 miles of San Francisco

  • Lives in San Francisco

  • Lives in North America

  • Lives in the United States

  • Lives in a country with a "Western" culture

Skills and Experience

  • “Has experience launching go to market campaigns”

  • "Experience with data pipelines using Apache Airflow or similar technologies"

  • "Has likely built an app with over 100,000 daily active users"

  • "Has healthcare systems monitoring experience"

  • "Has held the role of 'Data Engineer' in the past"

  • Sales - "Cites that they've exceeded their sales quotas or KPIs in each of their most recent two jobs"

Education

  • Degree Match - “Has a degree in computer science or related field”

  • Not a Student - "Is not currently in school"

  • "Bachelor's degree from a four-year university and has graduated within the last 3 years. If they don't have a graduation date listed, they do not meet this criterion.

Past Employer Characteristics

  • “Has worked at companies in the fintech industry”

  • “Has worked at a technology startups”

  • “Has worked at hyper-growth startups”

  • "Worked at a Series B startup"

  • "Worked at a company with over 10,000 employees

  • “Has experience working with US companies”

  • "Has experience working with remote companies"

  • "Cites that they've exceeded their sales quotas or KPIs in each of their most recent two jobs, or have won top performer awards"

General Characteristics

  • Job Hopper - "For each of the last two companies they worked at, their total tenure between the two companies was at least 24 months long. If them departing was either during COVID (March '20 - Dec '20) or due to layoffs or the company dissolving, excuse that. If they were in a university doing internships or fellowships, ignore that experience from your evaluation and look at the most recent company they were a full time employee at. If the company they worked at was one they were a co-founder of, excuse it if they worked there less than 12 months."

  • Interest Match - "Displays an interest in fintech beyond simply saying that they are interested when we ask them in a custom question. Check for a well thought out answer, or show clear interest within the resume itself"

  • Not Consultant - "Has not work as a freelancer or at a consulting agency over the last 4 years"

  • Salary Range Match - "Has an expected salary within 20% of the following salary range: $85,000 - $125,000"

  • Competitive - "Has a competitive background outside of work, for example, as an athlete or competing intellectually"
